anti-glomerular basement membrane 140/72 mmHg, pulse 76/min with a regular rhythm, glomerulonephritis; crescentic glomerulonephritis; and temperature 37.5C. Urinalysis showed 3+ for membranous nephropathy protein with numerous red blood cells in the sediment. Haematocrit was 28.2%; white blood cell count was 9600/mm3 with 88% neutrophils, 10% lymphocytes, 1% monocytes, 0% eosinophils, and 1% basophils;
