Absence of the Pulmonary Valve

Abstract

A case of the Marfan syndrome with congenital absence of the pulmonary valve, ventricular septal defect, and aneurysms of the pulmonary artery and sinus of Valsalva is described. The literature is reviewed and a classification of this rare anomaly is offered.
