Bacterial and viral etiology in hospitalized community acquired pneumonia with molecular methods and clinical evaluation

Abstract

Concomitance of bacterial and viral agents is frequent and resemble with bacterial infections alone. Further studies are needed for the clinical significance of mixed detections.
