Numbers at branch points are bootstrap values. The cladogram is drawn to scale, with branch lengths in the same units as those of the evolutionary distances used to infer the tree. Pseudodiaptomus ishigakiensis Nishida, 1985 collected from Kabira Bay, Ishigaki Island, was used as the outgroup. Specimen numbers correspond to those in Table 2.
