Nonsteroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs and the Risk of Myocardial Infarction in the General Population

Abstract

This study could not demonstrate any detectable risk reduction of NSAIDs on the occurrence of MI. Our results do not support the existence of a clinically meaningful interaction between aspirin and NSAIDs, including ibuprofen.
