Randomized Trial of Posaconazole and Benznidazole for Chronic Chagas' Disease

Abstract

Posaconazole showed antitrypanosomal activity in patients with chronic Chagas' disease. However, significantly more patients in the posaconazole groups than in the benznidazole group had treatment failure during follow-up.
