Abstract Values have been determined over a considerable temperature range for the permeation rate, diffusion constant, and solubility of the following gases in Lexan: H 2 , H 2 O, He, Ne, O 2 , argon, CO 2 , and SF 5 . There is some discussion of the interrelationships and the variation of activation energies with molecular weight.
