A randomised comparison of oral and vaginal misoprostol for cervical priming before suction termination of pregnancy

Abstract

Because of the unpredictability of action of oral misoprostol, with incomplete abortion or heavy bleeding occurring prior to admission in three patients, we cannot recommend the dosage schedule evaluated here for routine clinical use.
