Abstract

Endovascular therapy for chronic infrarenal aortic occlusion has a high technical success rate, with good midterm primary and secondary patency rates. However, renal dysfunction can occur; the etiology is likely multifactorial from contrast volumes, embolization, and/or renal arterial disease.
