Mesenteric ischaemia in haemodialysis patients: a case/control study

Abstract

Mesenteric ischaemia should be systematically suspected in patients experiencing abdominal pain during or after dialysis sessions. Prompt diagnosis and treatment usually allow for a favourable prognosis.
