Traffic flow is an assemblage of vehicles, having local general purposes and facilities of its achievement that are correlated. As each vehicle is controlled individually, the flow represents an exceedingly "alive organism", which consumes fuel and throws insecure materials into the surrounding space. These processes that determinate energy of traffic, we will name energy-ecological parameters (EEP). This article, which is a continuation of "Traffic flows modelling and evaluation of energy-ecological parameters. Part I." (IJVD, Vol. 33(4), pp. 381–399), presents estimation of EEP that takes into the account different modes of autotraffic flows. As an application, we present recommendations on control of flows' features for the EEP optimisation.
