Low-Dose Chest CT: Optimizing Radiation Protection for Patients

Abstract

Low-dose (i.e., 40 or 25 mAs) helical chest CT produced satisfactory image quality and reduced the CTDI, thereby maximally protecting patients from radiation exposure.
