Abstract

The posttransplant period for patients with multiple myeloma provides a unique platform for cellular immunotherapy in which vaccination with dendritic cell/myeloma fusion fusions resulted in the marked expansion of myeloma-specific T cells and cytoreduction of minimal residual disease.
