Summary Design concepts and performance data are given for two newly designed hydrogen maser frequency standards which incorporate a novel cavity frequency switching servo system to remove cavity related drift. Order of magnitude improvement in stability, hydrogen economy, environmental isolation, and other characteristics has been obtained.
