Direct Evidence for Tumor Necrosis Factor-α Signaling in Arteriogenesis

Abstract

Microsphere techniques in mice offer a tool for the molecular dissection of arteriogenesis mechanisms. These results suggest that TNF-alpha positively modulates arteriogenesis probably via signaling through its p55 receptor.
