Association of TNF-α Gene Promoter Polymorphisms With Susceptibility of Cervical Cancer in Southwest China

Abstract

Objective: Variations in the tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-) gene may lead to changes in the level of TNF- associated with the susceptibility to cancer. This study is designed to determine the association of TNF- promoter polymorphisms with the susceptibility of cervical cancer among women living in Southwest China.
