Influence of CBCT parameters on the output of an automatic edge-detection-based endodontic segmentation

Abstract

The quantitative analyses of the root canal system with edge-detection based method could depend on acquisition parameters. Improvements in segmentation still need to be done to ensure the quality of the reconstructions when we have to deal with closer outlines and because of the low spatial resolution.
