Factors Impacting the Development of Substance Abuse Counseling Supervisors

Abstract

In this study, the authors sought to examine factors that contribute to the overall development of supervisors in the substance abuse field. Significant predictors for supervisor development were found as were differences in these predictors that were based on supervisor recovery status.
