We optimize the sizing of the ratio inverter nominal power/PV array peak power for 4 technologies of PV modules under various meteorological conditions and in optimal conditions because the inverter always integrates a MPPT in the case of a grid connected PV system. The influence of various parameters is studied as the PV module technology, the PV module inclination and at last the location of the grid-connected system (on various meteorological stations in Bulgaria and Corsica-France).
