This paper presents results for angles of arrival (AOA) of multipath signal propagation in both azimuth and elevation inside a classroom and a convention hall using the spatially smoothed MUSIC algorithm. The minimum descriptive length criterion has been used to decide the number of significant multipath components. The algorithms used in obtaining AOA from measured data were validated by computer simulations. The measurement results indicate that for the same transmitter power, a small room has more significant multipath reflections than a big room and such multipath reflections decrease as the distance between the transmitter and a receiver increases.
