Abstract

Bistatic ISAR has been studied recently and simple solutions have been found for Image Formation. At the same time passive radar has reached a state of development that allows for the detection and tracking of targets. This paper explores the possibility of forming ISAR images by using DVB-T as a signal of opportunity. Theoretical and simulation analysis will be shown with the aim of providing feasibility concepts.
