Long‐Term Results of Endoscopic Stapling Diverticulotomy for Pharyngeal Pouches

Abstract

Reduced morbidity and few complications in the elderly make endoscopic stapling a favored primary technique of treating pharyngeal pouches. Open surgery is recommended only in healthy patients with very large pouches.
