Modeling the Effect of Sevoflurane on Corrected QT Prolongation

Abstract

Among patients receiving sevoflurane for anesthesia, QTc interval changes correlate to anesthetic level. The Ce50 for significant QTc change is at clinically relevant levels of sevoflurane anesthesia.
