Pre‐ and postoperative therapy with GnRH agonist for endometrial resection

Abstract

GnRH pretreatment facilitates endometrial resection and increases the rate of amenorrhea and scanty bleeding postoperatively. Whether supplementary postoperative therapy with GnRH agonist enhances the success rate further is uncertain.
