Abstract

Abstract The asymmetric epoxidation of 2‐oxoindoline‐3‐ylidene acetaldehydes, catalyzed by diarylprolinol silyl ether, has been developed. The reaction provides oxindole derivatives possessing chiral epoxides in good yield with good diastereoselectivity and excellent enantioselectivity.
