Median facial cleft associated with ring E chromosome.

Abstract

The purposes of this report are: (1) to describe the course of a newborn female with a ring E chro- mosome whose phenotype included microcephaly, median facial cleft, and hypotelorism, and (2) to re- view briefly reported ring E karyotypes.
