Effects of pair-feeding and growth hormone treatment on obese transgenic rats

Abstract

These results suggest that severe fat accumulation in the transgenic rats mainly resulted from the decreased lipolytic action of GH, while metabolic abnormalities mainly resulted from excess caloric intake.
