Ametropia, Preschoolers' Cognitive Abilities, and Effects of Spectacle Correction

Abstract

Preschoolers with uncorrected ametropia had significant reduction in visual-motor function. Wearing spectacles for 6 weeks improved Beery-Buktenica Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration scores to emmetropic levels.
