Intra-abdominal Hemorrhage Caused by Segmental Arterial Mediolysis of the Inferior Mesenteric Artery: Report of a Case

Abstract

This is the first known reported case of intra-abdominal hemorrhage related to segmental arterial mediolysis requiring emergent hemicolectomy.
