Nail fold videocapillaroscopy in mixed cryoglobulinaemia

Abstract

Patients with MC show a variety of microcirculatory changes, often clustered in a characteristic pattern of abnormally oriented, short capillaries and neoangiogenetic phenomena. Capillary changes are more numerous in nephritic patients.
