Role of Aerating Mastoidectomy in Noncholesteatomatous Chronic Otitis Media

Abstract

For patients with noncholesteatomatous chronic otitis media who have failed prior tympanoplastic reconstruction, an aerating mastoidectomy may be indicated and may improve the success rate of the surgery.
