A case of feminizing adrenal tumor in a 6-year-old boy is presented. This is the third case reported in the pediatric age group, and the first with associated masculinization. Both estrogens and androgens were elevated. Hormone excretion values returned to normal following removal of the tumor, but death due to metastases occurred 8 years postoperatively
