Long-term outcome of right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction using a handmade tri-leaflet conduit

Abstract

Handmade tri-leaflet conduits provide a reliable alternative for RVOT reconstruction in children, yielding as good a long-term outcome as do homografts. Longer follow-up is needed to determine how well ePTFE leaflets will fare.
