Abstract

As demonstrated, resistance to fluconazole and itraconazole, the most frequent antifungals in use in the region suggests regular investigation into antifungal resistance in medical centers should be undertaken in order to promote the effective management of invasive candidiasis in HIV/AIDS patients.
