Abstract

Summary. A method was used for determination of cytokinins zeatin, isopentenyladenine and dihydrozeatin by direct enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) and HPLC with isocratic programme of elution. The reliability of ELISA was proved by HPLC. In this research we determined the losses of cytokinins during their purification and their endogenous level in carnations, cultivated in vitro.
