Comparison of central corneal thickness measurements by Pentacam, noncontact specular microscope, and ultrasound pachymetry in normal and post-LASIK eyes

Abstract

The three devices cannot be used interchangeably in normal and post-LASIK eyes. Pentacam tends to give significantly thicker reading than ultrasound pachymetry.
