Manufacturing of microwave modules using low-temperature cofired ceramics

Abstract

Low-Temperature Cofired Ceramics enables the creation of monolithic, three-dimensional, controlled-impedance microwave circuits/packages. Successful manufacture of these circuits requires the proper materials, processes, and equipment.
