Video 1 - Transverse sweep through the left scrotum (superior to inferior) showing lobular medial tunica thickening, 2 dominant extensively shadowing paratesticular nodules, and a small hydrocele. Video 2 - Sagittal sweeps through the left scrotum: lateral to medial (A) and medial to lateral (B) with color Doppler imaging, also showing lobular tunica thickening and dominant nodules with some associated vascular flow. Video 3 - Sagittal sweep through the left scrotum (lateral to medial) 3 months after initial surgery showing a recurrent heterogeneous supratesticular nodule with acoustic enhancement.
