High expression of MDR‐1 gene and P‐glycoprotein in initial and re‐biopsy specimens of relapsed B‐cell lymphoma

Abstract

Our results showed that at least some B-cell lymphomas express MDR-1/P-gp, which could be detected by different methods, and suggested that high MDR-1/P-gp expression in tumour cells may be associated with a high probability of relapse and poor prognosis.
