Nuclear factor‐κB activity is down‐regulated in nasal polyps from aspirin‐sensitive asthmatics

Abstract

This study shows that the low expression of COX-2 mRNA in nasal polyps from aspirin-sensitive patients is associated with a down-regulation of NF-kappaB activity.
