Negative Capacitance and its Applications on Parasitic Cancellation for EMI Noise Suppression

Abstract

In this paper, the characteristics of negative capacitance are first addressed. The different methods to generate negative capacitance are then discussed. The applications of negative capacitance for parasitic cancellation are finally presented.
