Vasoconstriction and Analgesic Efficacy of Locally Infiltrated Levobupivacaine for Nasal Surgery

Abstract

We conclude that postoperative analgesia in nasal surgery with local infiltration of levobupivacaine was significantly more potent and longer lasting than that achieved by lidocaine plus epinephrine.
