Common oligosaccharides and aldehyde-attached glycoproteins derived from enzymatic modifications can be captured by glycoblotting based on oxylamino-containing polymers. The combination of this glycoblotting and MALDI-TOF/TOF mass spectrometry enabled a high-throughput analytical method to be developed.
