Production of High Strength Concrete

Abstract

This book presents the criteria for selection of concrete materials and their proportions to produce uniform, economical, high strength concrete. Recommendations provided are based on a study of the interactions among components of plain concrete and its mix proportions, and of their contribution to the compressive strength of high strength concrete. These recommendations will serve as guidelines to practicing engineers, in the selection of materials and their proportions for the production of high strength concrete.
