Nonmyeloablative Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Abstract

In treatment-refractory SLE, autologous nonmyeloablative HSCT results in amelioration of disease activity, improvement in serologic markers, and either stabilization or reversal of organ dysfunction.
