Abstract

In or out? A quadruply hydride-bridged dilutetium complex releases dihydrogen under CH bond activation of one of the methyl groups of the ligand. The resulting trihydrido complex readily takes up dihydrogen (see scheme). As a service to our authors and readers, this journal provides supporting information supplied by the authors.
