Drug stimulation of -aminolevulinic acid synthetase and cytochrome P-450 in vivo in chick embryo liver.

Abstract

In the article by Arleen B. Rifkind, Peter N. Gillette, Chull S. Song and Attallah Kappas, Vol. 185, No. 2, May 1973, the following correction should be noted. On p. 215, column 2, the sentence beginning in line 44 should read: Reaction mixtures contained 150 µmol of glycine, 136 µmol of Tris HCl, 13.5 µmol of Tris base, 15 µmol of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.3 µmol of pyridoxal phosphate and 0.5 ml of liver homogenate equivalent to 125 mg wet weight of liver, at pH 7.2, in a total volume of 2 ml.
