Three-color photometry was carried out for fifty-seven stars in the I Geminorum association. Tentative distance moduli based on Johnson and Hiltner's zero-age values were estimated, with the result that the stars appear to be fairly uniformly distributed from about 800 to 2500 parsecs. Stars in the neighboring regions reveal about the same range. Until field stars can be identified and separated from members, a distance estimate must rely on the conspicuous supergiants which have less spread in distance. These are at a distance of about 1660 parsecs.
