The first record of endophytic insect oviposition from the Tartarian of European Russia

Abstract

The first endophytic oviposition in a plant leaf from the Tatarian of European Russia (Isady locality) is formally described as Paleoovoidus rasnitsyni, sp. nov. This find supplements considerably the data on plant-insect interaction recorded in this locality.
