Abstract

SPAIR-SSH detects actively diseased CD bowel segments with a high level of specificity. Noninflammatory bowel fibrosis corresponds to abnormal uptake on delayed phase Gd-3DGRE images but without associated elevated abnormal signal on SPAIR-SSH.
